probably the most spectacular hostel i've ever stayed at. great location, amazing food & drinks and outstanding parties - but if you're looking for a place to get a lot of sleep, aqua might not be for you. for everybody else definitely a must visit on your trip to bocas :)
The food is ok, but the service is awful. Asked for a coffee without milk, they brought coffee with milk and when i asked for my coffee the waiter said he wouldnt change it cause that's what they gave him at the kitchen and he will lose money. So I guess if you have a perfect order wont be a problem, but if they a listake, dont expect that they will help you.
The hostel is great (not the bar). The WiFi in the rooms is a solid 0/10. Other than that, perfect place.
Had so much fun at the aqua bar! We met the owner and he was very kind. They play music that everyone knows which was so much buttery than the typical techno you find everywhere else. The location is perfect and they have fun themes too, tonight they had a free neon face painter!! Definitely go and meet Genor while you’re there ????
This is a party hostel and not place for people who want a good internet connection or are light sleepers. Often worse than the norm in town, which is slow. The people are usually chill with a few inexperienced travelers that can be a bit annoying. These are all largely party type and finding oneself travellers here. They often lack depth at this phase. That said the dj throws a great party and the food is good. Best burger in the area.
