Hate to be so harsh but, we went with an agent by boat to see land that the "owner is selling" upon pulling up we noticed that there was coral all around and someone cut up mangrove trees. The agent actually said we can make access by driving through the coral enough to make a path to the land. Not good for Bocas or the planet, just another sad example of putting money before the earth.
