I had a fantastic trip with my son. Daniel and Mel were great company, and the food was AMAZING ????. We also took the dinghy to the stunning Isla del Pájaros. Highly recommend a relaxing trip with them.
I don't know why this place has five stars. We wanted to rent a boat and talked to the guy via WhatsApp. The day we had the appointment the boat wasn't ready at all. They told us to come back in an hour. We came back and it still wasn't ready so we had to come back the next day. The Hobbiecat was super old and not in good conditions. The staff is completely stoned all the time, that's probably why they don't get anything done. only positive thing is that the owner was reachable all the time. Would still not recommend though!
On our very first visit to Bocas (and on our very first day here), we went out for a full day with Captain Daniel and his very capable mate, Barbosa. There were six in our group, and we all enjoyed the beautiful waters that these guys know so well. We had a full day of calm water and bright sunshine. Daniel played a great mix of music for us all day that created a great vibe, and anchored up at a sandy beach for a while. There we bought food and drinks from a local vendor and swam in 86 degree crystal clear water, and got to know Daniel with a few of his colorful stories and his creative outlook on life. The entire day felt like we were living a real version of a chapter in a travel adventure book. Thank you Capt. Daniel and Barbosa for allowing us to get to know you, and for giving us a perfect day on our visit to Bocas. Highly recommend!
An amazing experience on a sailing boat. Took private tour sailing along the coast of Bocas del Tore. Captain Daniel and his collegaue Barbarosa made our day so special and memorable. They cared for every our wish making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Had such great time. Went for fabulous local meal at the beach washed down with generous pina coladas. Loved every minute and booked another trip the day after.
Daniel was so amazing at accommodating our request to sail when the sail broke the day before. He borrowed one from another sailer! He is very communicative and fair with the pricing. Kadir was our captain and was so much fun! I’ve taken a sailing course before and wanted to refresh and learn. He let me be captain and taught me along the way. He took us to an amazing snorkeling spot! I loved hearing about his adventures as a captain all over the world!
