Bocas Bali was the best vacation we had ever had! The resort is absolutely breathtaking and pure paradise. Beyond beautiful. The food was fantastic and the chef was extremely accommodating to any requests. I really cannot say enough about the staff and service. Every single staff person we met was exceptional, attentive, professional and fun!!! Staff is top notch and have never experienced a resort/vacation where I can say that about the entire place. Kudos to finding such an amazing team from management that we met, service staff, massage staff, housekeeping, transportation......everyone!!! We cannot wait to come back! Thank you Bocas Bali team for making it an unforgettable vacation in paradise. Truly amazing!!!
We had a fabulous stay at Bocas Bali for my mom's birthday. Everything was so organized and excellent, from the pick up arrangements, to the incredibly fresh food, to the top notch service and activities offered. Waking up to the calm water and beautiful view and having breakfast brought to our room was a dream. There were plenty of vegetarian food options for me and there are thoughtful touches throughout the resort. All of the staff was so attentive and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return!
Bocas Bali is an amazingly gorgeous resort! Everything about this resort is awesome, from the amenities to the beautiful rooms with such gorgeous-sexy beds, to the food, which was absolutely delicious! What makes this place stand out from the rest was the staff. The staff is excellent, friendly and so attentive. During dinner, it’s was pretty spectacular to watch the sharks being fed just a feet away (love how leftovers are not wasted or thrown out). We were even personally welcomed by Scott Dinsmore, which made us feel like they say, “part of the Bocas Bali family”! We’ve been to Bocas Bali twice now. The first time was shortly after it opened September 2019. That visit we only stayed two nights, which wasn’t long enough. Last month we returned and stayed for 5 nights, which guess what, still wasn’t long enough. The addition of the “Beach on Stilts” was a perfect locations to relax, drink and enjoy the sun. Looking forward to returning soon to see the new additions of the Tree House, to this already amazing resort. Highly recommend staying at this exceptional and exquisite resort.
Bocas Bali was one of the best experiences I have ever had on any vacation. The customer service was simply impeccable. The team went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had an amazing experience. The food was great. The team were great. The service was great. Couldn't have imagined a perfect vacation. Just returned from a week at Bocas Bali. The resort accommodations are stunning. The staff was excellent and always willing to accommodate any request. All meals were plated and cooked to order. Excursions were a lot of fun with a good selection and our villa was very comfortable with ocean access for snorkeling. I highly recommend and wanted to express our appreciation to the entire staff for making our week so enjoyable and relaxing.
